Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original KEF packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
